House of Dolha and Petrova

The House of Dolha and Petrova is an old Romanian aristocratic family from Barjava valley, Kingdom of Hungary that played an important role in the history of Bereg, Maramureș, Ung, Kingdom of Hungary and Transylvania. It was founded in 1280 by Tatomir, Voivode of Ung and Bereg.

Today, the majority of the family's descendants live in Romania, in Maramureș County and in the Oaș Country of Satu Mare County. However, there are notable branches of the family in Hungary, Switzerland, and the United States (mostly Pennsylvania, California and Utah).
